Fun in the creek...

Fun in Forest Park!

This weekend, we enjoyed a fun family day in Forest Park. We started out by hitting the playground. We then had lunch and took a lovely boat ride together at the Boat House. :) WE LOVE SUMMER!! Being together on a perfect day like this makes me love and appreciate my family so much, I could pop. Isn't life wonderful??

At the New Town Parade

Our Fourth of July weekend was packed full of fun activities for all of us. We started off with the 3rd annual New Town 4th of July parade, had lunch with our sweet neighbors, came back home for late naps, and then went out again for dinner and fireworks with our neighbors. Aaron and I had yet to experience taking Grace and Jonah to see fireworks because in previous years it was too scary for our little ones. But this year, they proved us wrong in sitting through the entire New Town firework display and loving every minute of it!

The rest of the weekend was spent with great friends (thanks for the yummy dinner E and G!) and going to the zoo and pool. Wish we could have more weekends like this one!
