Gracie has been begging me to take her somewhere she can climb trees. So, at the park one day with the Guenther's, we went tree climbing crazy! Gracie is so like me as a child. I loved to be outside and climb trees, play in the dirt, make forts, etc.!
As you can see, the little brothers joined in on the fun!
Jonah wants to be with his daddy at all times! He was so excited to mow the grass just like his dad.
Here is Gracie's new big girl bed. She had been sleeping in a day bed for a while and was just getting too long for it.  Although I am excited she has a bed that fits her, I am sad she is growing so big, so fast!!
Ahh, yes, here is a picture of the flood. This is right along 370 where lots of soccer fields used to be. It is amazing to see all of the flood so close to us. Thanks for all of you that have called to check on us. We are just fine and have been told our neighborhood is safe from all of this flooding. Thank you all for your concern!!!

Fun in the summer...

Here are my two silly kids laying out in the sun!
Gracie outside of her favorite part of the zoo, the "Bug House."
Gracie went up to this exhibit and put her hand on the glass as did this little monkey! They stayed like this for about 3 minutes as if they were communicating with one another. So funny!

What a fun weekend we had! We visited the Botanical Garden all day Saturday and had some good family time. Grace and Jonah loved all of the sculptures and fun things to do. Grace's favorite was the water park and feeding the fish. She actually stuck her hand down in the water and pet them. She would pick up a venomous snake if we would let her! She has NO fear when it comes to any type of animal. Jonah's favorite was feeding the fish food (which he thought were peanuts.... very funny!!) and running through mazes. We had a picnic and then spent the rest of the time in the Children's Playground area. It is a great place to go and use all of that "kid" energy up (which I now know is possible for a little boy we own)!!! We had to wake both kids up around 5:30 PM which Aaron and I could not believe! Jonah's nap is going down in the history books for the longest nap ever recorded.

Hope everyone had a great Father's Day!!!

Here is a video of Minnie and Mickey Mouse singing! Jonah is wanting to be just like his big sister lately. This has included going to potty all on his own. Gracie actually encourages him to go very frequently which has been wonderful and easy for me!

We have been on the go lately. With Gracie out of preschool, we are taking advantage of every moment we are together. Every day we go on some type of outing. Gracie's first question of the day is, "Mommy, where are we going today?" We have visited the Zoo, Grant's Farm, the pool, numerous parks and just had fun riding our bikes around New Town. I have never had so much fun, joy and love in my life!
